This is operated by HomeServicePro. We are a web-based scheduling and service management platform designed to connect home appliance owners with qualified local repairman and managed by system administrators.

1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using our web application and any features therein, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. If you do not accept these Terms please do not access and/or use our Web Application.

Use of our Services

1. You agree to use our Web Application for lawful purposes only and in compliance at all times with these Terms and applicable laws.
2. You must provide accurate personal details and set a precise location. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Repair requests require accurate issue descriptions and pre-diagnostic media. Preferred appointment slots depend on repairman availability.
4. Interactive mapping is used to pinpoint your location for nearby repairman. Cancellations must be made via the platform prior to repairman dispatch; repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restriction.
5. In-app messaging is restricted to repair coordination with your assigned repairman. You grant HomeServicePro a non-exclusive license to process and display your uploaded photos/videos solely for diagnostic tracking and system reporting.
6. HomeServicePro functions strictly as an intermediary web scheduling tool. On-site physical repair work, physical warranties, and external financial transactions remain the direct responsibility of you and the assigned repairman.
